We are letting our clients know that how we conduct the Project Review is no different to how others do it. But with highlights on how conducting each phase our way benefits the project.
It is really difficult to explain fully the benefit of the database approach to the review. It is much, much easier to show it working in practice on a real application. This is the reason for the feasibility exercise at the beginning. 
Once key management see it 'working' we are quite confident that they will want to continue and roll out this methodology to all of their projects.
